Health & Social Care Sector
A Health and Care Worker visa allows medical professionals to come to or stay in the UK to do an eligible job with the NHS, an NHS supplier or in adult social care. However, there are a number of requirements which must be met to be eligible for a Health and Care Worker visa.
English Language (SELT)
Currently, a skilled worker applicant must prove that they can read, write, speak and understand English to at least level B1 (intermediate) on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) scale. there are now more global locations providing SELT.

The Shortage Occupation List (SOL) identifies those occupations which are deemed to be in ‘shortage’. These occupations are then subject to different, more favourable, migration arrangements, enabling employers to access a wider pool of suitable workers, more quickly.
